Deposit: 20% at the time of booking. The remainder must be paid by check-in day.

No IOF tax: Payment via link in Brazilian reais, with no IOF tax — unlike an international card, which charges 6.38%.

• Up to 30 days before pickup: Full refund
• Less than 30 days before: 20% deposit is non-refundable
• No-show (failure to appear): Deposit is forfeited

No! BIZ Rent Car does not charge a security deposit and does not require a credit card. Unlike traditional rental companies that block $200-$500 on your card, with us you pick up the car without any hold or retention.

It is one of our main differentiators — with zero extra financial worry for your trip.

No. A Brazilian driver's license is accepted in Florida for tourists. The only requirement is the original physical document issued by DETRAN — we do not accept digital licenses or copies.

An International Driving Permit (IDP) is not mandatory, although it is recommended for greater peace of mind in case of police stops.

The minimum age is 25 years with a valid driver's license.

Drivers between 21-24 years old may rent upon evaluation and payment of an additional fee of $200 (young driver fee), subject to availability.

The maximum age is 75 years.

No. Our vehicles are authorized to drive only within the state of Florida. Travel to other states is not permitted.

Yes! All vehicles include full insurance with no deductible, provided by Accelerant National Insurance Company. Coverage includes:

• Collision (damage to your vehicle)
• Theft
• Glass and windshield
• Tires and wheels (road debris)
• Third-party liability
• 24h roadside assistance
• Spare key

In the event of a claim, BIZ covers the deductible — you pay nothing.

Not covered: Damage to the vehicle interior, personal belongings, driving under the influence of alcohol, unlicensed driver, superficial scratches or damage from careless maneuvering (curbs).

Minor accident: Contact BIZ via WhatsApp or phone. We handle the insurance claim and take care of everything.

Serious accident: Call 911 (US emergency) first, then contact BIZ.

Mechanical breakdown: We provide a replacement car delivered on-site at no cost (except in case of misuse). 24h assistance via WhatsApp and phone.

Yes! You can include up to 4 additional drivers at no cost — just provide their names and details at the time of booking.

At traditional rental companies, each additional driver costs $10-15/day, which can represent savings of $120-$180 per week for a family with two drivers.

Yes! We offer up to 3 free child car seats:

• Infant seat — for babies (0-12 months, up to 13kg)
• Convertible car seat — for toddlers (1-4 years)
• Booster seat — for older children (4-10 years)

Just request the types and quantities at the time of booking. We deliver the car with everything installed and explain how it works.

Yes! Pets are allowed with a fee of $40 (extra vehicle cleaning).

We recommend informing us at the time of booking and transporting your pet in a carrier or with a pet-specific seatbelt.

We deliver all vehicles with a full tank. On return, we ask that you return it with a full tank as well.

If not: we charge a $10 fee + the cost of the missing fuel (calculated at the nearest gas station price).

We also offer the pre-paid tank option starting from $40 (varies by category) — so you can return without worry.

We do not recommend it. If cigarette, cigar or vape use is detected inside the vehicle, a $250 fee will be charged for ozone treatment and odor removal.

All our vehicles are smoke-free to ensure comfort for all customers.

We deliver your car to various locations with free delivery:

• MCO (Orlando International) and SFB (Sanford) airports — any rental period, no cost. We monitor your flight in real time.
• Hotel or Airbnb in Orlando and Kissimmee — from 7 days, no cost
• In-person airport delivery — premium service for +$30: our team meets you at the gate, explains everything about the car and installs car seats

For Miami, Tampa and Port Canaveral: delivery from $150.

Return: At the airport, just park and head to check-in. At the hotel, leave it parked and we pick it up for you.

Yes! In addition to car rental, we offer:

• Luggage and passenger transfer ($80/leg) — minivans for excess luggage and extra passengers in Orlando/Kissimmee
• Item storage — up to 60 days at BIZ office (ideal for shopping or extra luggage)
