We share the necessary data (renter's name, driver's license number, rental period and vehicle) with Accelerant National Insurance, our insurance partner, exclusively for coverage purposes and processing of potential claims.

Payment data is processed by certified partners, such as payment link platforms and credit card processing systems. These partners comply with PCI-DSS security standards and receive no more information than necessary to execute the transaction.

4.3 Technology Service Providers

We use service providers who may have access to your data for operational purposes, including: email and CRM platforms, fleet management systems (HQ Rental Software), and hosting and CDN services (Cloudflare). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

4.4 Public Authorities

After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

9. Minors

Our services are intended exclusively for adults. BIZ Rent Car does not intentionally collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years (with an additional fee) or 25 years without restrictions.
