1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BIZ Rent Car website (www.bizrentcar.com), filling out contact forms, making a reservation, or contracting any service offered by BIZ Rent Car, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, we ask that you do not use our website or services. BIZ Rent Car reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to periodically check the most recent version.
Continued use of the website or services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Services Offered
BIZ Rent Car is a company specializing in vehicle rental for Brazilian tourists in the Orlando, Florida, USA area. Our services include:
- Vehicle rental: 8 vehicle categories (Sedan, SUV 5P, Minivan 8P, Premium SUV 7P, Executive SUV 7P, Executive SUV 8P, Luxury SUV, and Executive Luxury SUV), all with insurance included.
- Delivery and pickup: At the airport (MCO and SFB), hotels, Airbnb, or any agreed location in the Orlando and Kissimmee area.
- Additional services: Child car seats, additional drivers, SunPass, luggage transfer, item storage, and personal shopper.
- Portuguese support: Customer service via WhatsApp and phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Vehicle availability is subject to stock and seasonality. BIZ Rent Car reserves the right to offer an equivalent or superior vehicle when the specific model is not available.
3. Renter Requirements
To rent a vehicle with BIZ Rent Car, the renter must meet the following requirements:
3.1 Age
- 25 years or older: No restrictions or additional fees.
- 21 to 24 years: Permitted, subject to payment of a young driver fee of USD $200 per contract and prior approval by BIZ Rent Car. Not all vehicle categories are available for this age group.
- Under 21 years: Not permitted under any circumstances.
- Over 75 years: Subject to prior evaluation.
3.2 Driver's License
- Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH), physical original required. Digital licenses are not accepted without the physical document.
- The license must be valid throughout the entire rental period.
- International driver's licenses from other countries are accepted, subject to evaluation.
- The license must correspond to the category of the rented vehicle.
3.3 Required Documentation
- Photo identification document (passport for international tourists).
- US entry visa or other legal stay document, when applicable.
- Documents for additional drivers (up to 4, at no cost).
Warning: Presenting false or invalid documentation will result in immediate cancellation of the rental, without refund, and may result in criminal liability.
4. Reservations and Payment
4.1 How to Book
Reservations can be made via WhatsApp (+1 (689) 280-6006), the website contact form, or the HQ Rental Software system accessible on our reservations page. All reservations will be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp or email.
4.2 Deposit and Confirmation
- A deposit of 20% of the total amount is required at the time of booking to guarantee vehicle availability.
- The remaining balance must be paid by the check-in date.
- The reservation is considered confirmed only after receipt and confirmation of the deposit by BIZ Rent Car.
4.3 Payment Methods
- PIX or bank slip (full payment)
- PIX or installment bank slip (interest-free until travel date)
- Credit card in Brazilian reais (up to 18 installments with interest)
- International credit card in US dollars
- Bank transfer to US account (via Wise, Nomad, or Remessa Online)
PIX payments in US dollars are converted at the daily exchange rate plus a 4% spread. Payments via payment link in Brazilian reais do not incur IOF tax.
4.4 Zero Security Deposit
BIZ Rent Car does not charge and does not request a security deposit under any circumstances. A physical credit card is not required to pick up the vehicle.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation policy is structured as follows:
Cancellation with full refund of the deposit paid, with no fees or penalties.
Cancellation with loss of the 20% deposit. The remaining balance (if paid) will be fully refunded.
Non-appearance without prior notice results in total loss of the deposit. Additional amounts paid may be retained as previously communicated.
5.1 Force Majeure Cancellations
In cases of duly proven force majeure (medical emergencies with documentation, flight cancellation by airline, natural disasters), BIZ Rent Car will evaluate each case individually and may offer rescheduling at no cost or partial refund, at its discretion.
5.2 Reservation Changes
Changes to dates, vehicle category, or additional services are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments. Changes requested less than 48 hours in advance may not be accommodated.
6. Insurance and Coverage
6.1 What Is Covered
All BIZ Rent Car vehicles have full insurance included, at no additional cost, provided by Accelerant National Insurance. Coverage includes:
- Collision and vehicle damage
- Vehicle theft and robbery
- Glass damage (windshield, side windows, mirrors)
- Tires damaged by road debris
- Third-party damage (civil liability)
- 24h roadside mechanical assistance
- Spare key in case of loss or accidental lockout
- Replacement vehicle in case of mechanical breakdown (except misuse)
The deductible is entirely covered by BIZ Rent Car. The renter pays nothing in the event of a covered claim.
6.2 What Is NOT Covered
- Damage to the vehicle interior (seats, ceiling, carpets, interior plastics)
- Personal belongings of the renter or passengers left in the vehicle
- Driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or substances that impair reflexes
- Driver not listed in the contract or without a valid license
- Scratches, dents, or damage caused by maneuvering (curbs, parking)
- Use of the vehicle outside the State of Florida
- Damage caused by gross negligence or improper use
- Traffic fines and unpaid tolls
In case of accident or damage, the renter must immediately notify BIZ Rent Car via WhatsApp, photograph the scene, and await instructions before moving the vehicle.
7. Renter Responsibilities
Upon picking up the vehicle, the renter assumes the following responsibilities:
7.1 Proper Vehicle Use
- Use the vehicle exclusively within the State of Florida, unless there is express written authorization from BIZ Rent Car.
- Drive the vehicle only by drivers listed in the contract with a valid license.
- Not use the vehicle for commercial purposes (paid passenger transport, delivery, etc.).
- Not participate in races, off-road events, or any activity that exposes the vehicle to unusual risk.
- Not tow other vehicles or trailers without prior authorization.
7.2 Fuel
The vehicle is delivered with a full tank. The renter must return the vehicle with a full tank. If returned with an incomplete tank, a service fee of USD $10 plus the cost of missing fuel will be charged. The renter may opt for prepaid fuel (from USD $40), with any excess being non-refundable.
7.3 No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited (cigarettes, cigars, hookahs, e-cigarettes) inside the vehicles. In case of non-compliance, a fee of USD $250 will be charged for ozone treatment and specialized cleaning.
7.4 Pets
Pets are permitted upon payment of a fee of USD $40 for cleaning. The renter is responsible for any damage caused by animals to the vehicle interior.
7.5 Traffic Rules
The renter is fully responsible for complying with Florida and US traffic laws, including speed limits, seatbelt use, legally required child car seats, and prohibition of cell phone use while driving without hands-free.
7.6 Accident Reporting
In case of an accident, the renter must: (a) ensure the safety of all involved; (b) contact local police if necessary; (c) photograph the scene, vehicles, and damage; (d) immediately notify BIZ Rent Car via WhatsApp; (e) not assume liability to third parties without prior guidance.
8. Traffic Fines and Violations
BIZ Rent Car will pay any traffic fines or violations received during the rental period, without charging any additional administrative fee. The amount paid will be passed on entirely to the renter, who agrees to make immediate payment after notification.
The renter authorizes BIZ Rent Car to provide their personal data to traffic authorities or government agencies when required by law to identify the offending driver.
The SunPass (toll transponder) included in the vehicle covers tolls automatically. The toll amounts used are charged to BIZ Rent Car's account and passed on to the renter without markups.
9. Limitation of Liability
BIZ Rent Car is not responsible for the following events or damages:
- Flight or transport delays: BIZ Rent Car will monitor the customer's flight and adjust the delivery time when possible, but is not responsible for delays caused by airlines, weather conditions, or force majeure affecting the travel itinerary.
- Personal items in the vehicle: BIZ Rent Car is not responsible for personal items, documents, money, electronics, or any belongings left inside the vehicle.
- Third-party issues: Failures at hotels, theme parks, tours, restaurants, or any third-party services recommended or not by BIZ Rent Car.
- Health issues: Any medical occurrence during the rental period is the exclusive responsibility of the renter and their travel insurance.
- Indirect losses: BIZ Rent Car's maximum liability in any situation will be limited to the total amount paid by the renter for the rental service, excluding indirect damages, lost profits, or moral damages.
- Force majeure events: Pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, government events, or any circumstance beyond BIZ Rent Car's reasonable control.
10. Intellectual Property
All content available on the BIZ Rent Car website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, layouts, source code, and design, is the exclusive property of BIZ Rent Car or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
It is expressly prohibited to reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any website content without prior written authorization from BIZ Rent Car. Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal liability.
Use of the website grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view content for personal and non-commercial purposes.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without prejudice to public order provisions of the user's country of residence.
Any disputes related to these terms or the use of BIZ Rent Car services will be submitted, preferably, to amicable resolution through direct contact with our team. If amicable resolution is not possible, the parties elect the competent court of Orlando, Orange County, Florida to resolve any disputes.
For users residing in Brazil, the provisions of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018) that are compatible with the international nature of the services provided shall additionally apply.
